We recently found blogger, Alden Wicker following an interview that she had written about the H & M sustainability manager, (worth reading if you have not read it.) Alden reviewed a few of our styles, in this case Mia on her blog about Sustainable Style, "It’s the perfect size for your essentials: wallet, phone, sunglasses and keys. After carrying it around for the day, I absolutely love it. It’s timeless, classic, and will fit perfectly into a capsule wardrobe."(Please note we also gifted this bag)
We recently collaborated with a New York illustrator called Natalia Jhete, who we found on instagram. We were really happy with the lovely artwork that was created for some of our Spring Summer styles such as Chloe shown below. We wanted to know a bit more about how Natalia started as an illustrator, so we asked:
When did you realise that you wanted to be an illustrator ? I never had an exact moment where I realised I was going to be an artist. From the time I was a little kid I was enrolled in art school so it feels more like a destination I was bound to meet.
What was your first lucky break? When I was sponsored by the American manufacturer of art materials, Grumbacher. When that happened it made me feel like someone really loved my work.
